PURPOSE: A vessel cap is provided to individually use a straw and an air discharge valve by exposing the value to the outside always regardless of the shutter operation of a lid. CONSTITUTION: An air discharge knob(30) is installed inside a sealer(20) and allows the rotation thereof. A lower portion of the air discharge knob penetrates a through-hole(11b). The air discharge knob has a slot, and the slot is selectively connected to an air discharge hole according to the rotation of the air discharge knob. The slot is connected to the inner and outer portions of a cover body(10), and a straw penetrates the upper portion of the cover body. The shutter is installed in the circumferential direction of the cover body and allows the rotation thereof.
