PURPOSE: A solid imaging device and a camera thereof are provided to uniformize the output of a pixel by periodically controlling the light concentration property of an on-chip lens in a vertical and horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light receiving units are formed in an imaging unit(3) in a matrix form. A color filter is arranged in the upper side of the imaging unit. The color filter applies colors to the light receiving unit based on a predetermined rule. An on-chip lens is arranged to correspond to the light receiving unit one to one on the color filter. The sensitivity difference of the light receiving unit is generated by periodically changing the location of the wiring of the light receiving unit. |
