PURPOSE: Rice containing corbicula flesh corbicula stock is provided to use the rice for heath food or apply the rice for making dried-laver rolled rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice containing corbicula flesh corbicula stock comprises the following steps: removing shells from corbicula to obtain the corbicula flesh; boiling the corbicula flesh in water containing ginger, radish, garlic, red pepper, and anchovy powder; and pouring the prepared stock to fresh rice. The rice also contains barley, chestnuts, gingko, bean sprouts, potatoes, and carrots. |
