PURPOSE: Provided is a method for removing agricultural chemicals remaining in foods and medicines which include agricultural products and medicinal herbs, thereby minimizing the loss of active ingredients contained in foods and medicines and selectively removing agricultural components harm to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing agricultural chemicals remaining in food and medicine comprises the steps of: extracting foods and medicines or adding water to them, and adding edible oil thereto, followed by stirring holding and centrifugation to transfer agricultural chemicals to the edible oil; and separating and removing the oil layer.
