Provided is an anti-EphB2 antibody comprising the following hypervariable region (HVR) sequences: (a) HVR-L I comprising sequence KSSQSLLNSGNQENYLA; (b) HVR-L2 comprising sequence GASTRES; (c) HVR-L3 comprising sequence QNDHSYPFT; (d) HVR-Hl comprising sequence SYWMH; (e) HVR-H2 comprising sequence FINPSTGYTDYNQKFKD; and (t) HVR-H3 comprising sequence RLKLLRYAMDY, or comprising the HVR-L1, HVR-L2, HVR-L3, HVR-HI, HVR-H2, and HVR-H3 sequences of the antibody produced by hybridoma cell line having American Tissue Type Culture (ATCC) No. PTA-6606, wherein the antibody specifically binds human EphB2. The antibodies can be conjugated to cancer toxins and used to treat various cancers and tumours.
