<p>The engine has crown shaped pedals (1) including two laterally opposed rod crank pins diametrically and laterally opposed to each other. Rods (12) are articulated on the crank pins. A secondary shaft is coupled with a countershaft (21) allowing mechanical transmission between the pedals and a camshaft. The pedals are cored at a center for circulation of air between two connecting rod assemblies. The secondary shaft supports transfer pinions (15) meshing on crown of the pedals.</p>
