<p>The invention relates to a process for producing ceramic objects. According to the invention, the process consists in subjecting the objects with a humidity of 5...10% to a primary polish by friction with a glossy river stone or oval-section metal bar, after which they are subjected to an additional polish with a plastic material, followed by the final drying, in ambient atmosphere, for 7 days, after which the objects are burnt in kilns, at a temperature of 900...1000°C, for 8...9 h, and cooled slowly, for 11...12 h, then they are submerged into black paint prepared from 200 ml of washable black pigment and 250 g water-based varnish in 5 l of water and dried in air, followed by the partial removal of paint from the polished part, while maintaining black paint traces, then the polished part being covered with orange-yellow water-based paint and the objects are lacquer coated, thereby resulting bodies having compact smooth glossy surfaces which are left to dry at the ambient temperature for 1...2 days.</p> |
