POWER MANAGEMENT DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC SCOOTER USING GPS

PURPOSE: A power management device for an electric scooter using GPS is provided to improve battery time by efficiently performing power management. CONSTITUTION: A GPS receiver(10) collects the location information of an electrical scooter. A gyro sensor(20) collects the current angle of inclination of the electrical scooter. A GIS part(30) comprises a three-dimensional geographical information and the name of a place and receives the position information and the angle of inclination of the electrical scooter. The GPS part determines whether the electrical scooter is located in an inclination section. The GIS part requests power conversion. A controller change power which is supplied from the battery of the electrical scooter.
