摘要 <p>The invention relates to a device and a process for obtaining an artificial well core with pre-established characteristics used for carrying out fluid flowing tests in a laboratory installation in physical and chemical conditions similar to those observed in a deposit. The claimed device comprises a cylindrical metal body (1) provided with a slot (a) which allows the relaxation and the extraction of an obtained core, an upper telescopic cover (2) having the same diameter on the entire useful length, said cover being provided with a monolith connection for a hose (b), a hole (c) for the inlet/outlet of the liquid, and a channel (d), a lower telescopic cover (3) provided with a shoulder, with a monolith connection (b) and a hole (c), some collars (4) for clamping the body (1), some double stainless sieves (5) having a mesh size smaller than the smallest granulation of the employed filling material, and a thermocompressible tube (6) shaped and covered inside with polytetrafluroethylene. The claimed process consists in the frontal cutting off of the thermocompressible tube (6) to the desired length and shaping the same with a hot air jet, thereafter the inner surface is covered with a strip of polytetrafluroethylene, there are mounted the sieve and the lower cover (3), there is fixed the tube (6) in the half-open body (1), there are clamped the collars (4), there are weighed the device and the filling material, there is achieved the filling with rock grains, there are fixed the sieve and the upper cover (2), there are weighed the full device and the remaining filling material, there are removed the covers (2 and 3), there are fixed the sieves (5) and there are shaped the ends of the tube (6) with a hot air jet, and there are calculated the initial raw volume of the core, the porous volume and the porosity, the thus prepared core being inserted into the core holder cell and being applied the confining pressure, the volume of the discharged liquid indicating the reduction of the raw core volume.</p>
