The device has a conduit (10) comprising three lips (18-20) projected from a channel (14) between a divisible stopper (11) i.e. quarter turn stopper, and a sealing element (15) i.e. sealing membrane. The lips define a constriction of the channel with different diameters. The lips are spaced from one another by having constriction increasing from the divisible stopper towards the sealing element to guarantee sealing of the device with infusion sets and to maintain each infusion set in the device during infusion. The conduit receives one of the infusion sets.
