VARIABLE FORCE SOLENOID VALVE

PURPOSE: A proportionally-controlled solenoid valve is provided to enable the reciprocating motion of a plunger to be effectively controlled since a spring guide for limiting unidirectional motion of the plunger is installed in a spring. CONSTITUTION: A proportionally-controlled solenoid valve comprises a core(220), a hollow yoke(230), a plunger(120), a spring(130) and a spring guide(140). The core comprises a first recess and a second recess. The yoke is spaced from the core. The plunger is installed in the yoke, is inserted into the first recess and reciprocates. The spring is inserted into the second recess and applies tensile force to the plunger. The spring guide is inserted into the spring and limits the operation of the plunger. The first recess comprises a first corner, a second corner, a third corner and a fourth corner.
