<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing antirheumatic products and to an installation for applying said process. The claimed process consists in preparing, in separate vessels, the following: an antirheumatic salt water solution; a cosmetic clay suspension in water and a mixture at 40°C comprising: an emulsifier, an antistatic agent, a perfuming composition, then the three mixtures obtained are combined, stirred for homogenization for 10...15 min, there resulting a mixture with a content in active substance of 60%, which is dosed in packages made of paraffin-coated cardboard. The claimed installation comprises three tanks (1, 3 and 6), each tank being provided with a stirrer (2), a level indicator (9), an electric resistor (4), a manometer (7), a safety valve (8), said tanks (1 and 3) being connected to the tank (6) by some conveying pipes (18), from the tank (6) the content thereof is packaged in packages made of paraffin-coated cardboard by means of a pneumatic dosing system (15).</p> |
