PURPOSE:To secure a degree of proper decelerating fuel in accord with both partial-cylinder and all-cylinder operations, by controlling a fuel injection quantity control device with a decelerating fuel control device in time of deceleration, while constituting a part of decrement in time of patial-cylinder operation so as to cause the decelerating fuel to become smaller than that in time of all-cylinder operation. CONSTITUTION:In case of a control unit 28 inputting engine speed signals out of an output signal from each of sensors 3, 29-31 detecting those of throttle valve opening, cooling water temperature, suction temperature and suction pressure each during engine driving and an ignition coil 32, first of all, a fact that whether or not a partial-cylinder operating range is the case is discriminated. Likewise, whether it is in a state of deceleration or not is detected on the basis of opening of a throttle valve and an engine speed. And, a fuel injection quantity is determined on the basis of the suction pressure and the engine speed at a fuel injection quantity control device but in time of decelerating state detection, the fuel injection quantity control device is controlled by a decelerating fuel control device whereby a part of the partial-cylinder operation is controlled so as to make the decelerating fuel smaller than that in time of the all-cylinder operation. |
