PURPOSE: A portable terminal and an operation method which conveniently outputs an image in which a user wants are provided to print the image by using a portable terminal including an ink output module. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) displays an image. In case the image displayed on the display unit is selected, a controller(180) generates a control signal for outputting the selected image. An ink output module(157) outputs the selected image e based on the control signal in a printing plate. The ink output module uses the electronic ink.
