摘要

PURPOSE: A 20 alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase gene derived from bovine ovary is provided to artificially control progesterone and delivery and to induce ovulation. CONSTITUTION: A 20 alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase(HSD) gene derived from bovine is denoted by sequence number 1. An expression vector for animal cells contains 20 alpha-HSD gene. A large amount of 20 alpha-HSDs are produced by transforming animal cells with the expression vector, and culturing the animal cells. 20 alpha-HSD contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2.
