Heterocyclic inhibitors of MEK and methods of use thereof

Disclosed herein are compounds of forumula IV and VI along with a crystalline form of a compound of formula XI, wherein substituents and characterizing peaks for the crystalline forms are as defined within the specification. Such compounds are MEK inhibitors which are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases such as cancer and inflammation in mammals and inflammatory conditions. Also discloses are methods of using such compounds in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases in mammals, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods for preparing compounds of formula IV, VI and XI.
