The invention relates to the field of construction and, more specifically, to technical equipment for the manufacture of three-dimensional construction panels for permanent formwork, in particular construction panels with a reinforced core. A demountable jig device for manufacturing construction panels with a reinforced core comprises a main frame (1) and a secondary frame (2) in the form of a cover for the main frame (1), both frames being equipped with parallel slats (3). Fasteners (4), e.g. magnetic fasteners, are secured to the inner side of the slats of both frames, and retainers (5) are arranged in the slats so as to be perpendicular to the planes of the longitudinal axes thereof. A moveable beam (6) with a means for imparting motion thereto (7) is mounted in the main frame (1) perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the slats (3). Besides the secondary frame (2) being in the form of a cover for the main frame (1), the device is provided with additional means in the form of locks (8) for mutually fastening the frames in a locked position. The main frame (1) is hingedly mounted on stands (9) and the device is provided with a means (10) for fixing the position of the main frame. The retainers (5) may be designed so that the extent to which they project from the slats (3) can be adjusted. The stands (9) are provided with wheeled supports (12). No further equipment, such as a table, is required to hold the demountable jig, which is versatile and mobile, can be mounted on a towing vehicle (such as a tow truck) and can be used not only in factories (on the shop floor), but also directly on building sites. |
