PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of directly producing a filmy glass with low heat shrinkability by a downdraw process.SOLUTION: The method of producing a filmy glass G includes forming a molten glass into a filmy shape by the downdraw process, slow cooling and then cutting. In this method, the filmy glass is transferred from vertically to horizontally during slow cooling, and further it is preferable to cut the filmy glass G after winding as a roll. |
