PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction container for simply dispensing a specimen in a Raman spectroscopic analysis method, and also to provide an automatic analyzer using the container.SOLUTION: The reaction container is provided to be used for a Raman spectroscopic analysis and the automatic analyzer using the container. The reaction container 10 includes an internal standard material S having a Raman activity for scattering light having a wavelength different from a wavelength of light scattered by a reaction liquid within the container to at least a portion of the container wall. The automatic analyzer uses the reaction container 10 including the internal standard material at least in a portion of the container wall. An optical measurement section has a spectral measurement section for spectrally separating and measuring a Raman scattering light, and also has an analysis section for calculating an analysis value of the specimen, based on a measurement value of a container Raman scattering light and a measurement value of a reaction liquid Raman scattering light measured by the optical measurement section. |
