PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care composition that suppresses skin wrinkle formation by taking care of the skin, maintains skin firmness and elasticity and keeps a young skin state.SOLUTION: The skin care composition comprises (1) an extract from Phaseolus atropurpureus, (2) an extract from royal jelly and/or an extract from ginseng and (3) at least one kind of a lipid-soluble vitamin selected from vitamin A or its fatty acid ester, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B2 fatty acid ester, vitamin B6 fatty acid ester, vitamin C fatty acid ester, pantothenol and niacin as active ingredients. The components (1) and (2) are present in a hydrophilic phase (W phase) and the component (3) is present in a lipophilic phase (O phase). |
