PURPOSE: An air cleaning filter for maintaining the efficiency of dust collection is provided to reduce the pressure loss by forming a protrusion to a pressure equalizing hole. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin film is electrified on a roll. A protrusion(11) is formed on the film. The film is cut in the regular length. A plate-shaped filter element(10) is formed in a plate shape. A plurality of filter elements is laminated. The air passes through the filter element with a ventilation path(12). The foreign material is dust collected by the charge between electric charge and foreign material. The smell of the gas is sampled.
