PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing a strainer from clogging up, a method that removes grease sticking to the strainer, that dissolves clogging of meshes of the strainer, and that entails no suspension of operation of facilities, further enhancing maintainability.SOLUTION: The method of preventing a strainer from clogging up is characterized in that the strainer 400 is heated up which is installed in the middle of a pipeline 320 for transporting gas and which filters the gas, that viscosity of grease 500 is thereby lowered which is stuck to filtering meshes 480a, 480b inside the strainer 400, and that the grease 500 is removed from the filtering meshes 480a, 480b by using the transporting pressure of the gas. |
