PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SPS reception device for enabling a long time operation by reducing a power consumption during positioning implemented in an environment in which a SPS signal is not received.SOLUTION: The SPS reception device for reception the SPS signal, and implementing positioning includes a SPS reception unit 2 for generating satellite acquisition information on a reception condition of the SPS signal, a power saving control determination unit 32 for determining whether the SPS reception unit 2 is operated by saved power or not based on the satellite acquisition information generated by the SPS reception unit 2, and a control setting unit 33 for setting the SPS reception unit 2 so as to reduce an operation current when the positioning of the SPS reception device is implemented based on the SPS signal if the power saving control determination unit 32 determines that the SPS reception unit is operated by saved power. |
