ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A transparent organic light emitting diode display is provided to prevent image distortion by suppressing the diffusion of light. CONSTITUTION: A substrate member comprises a transparent area(TA) and a plurality of pixel regions(PA). The pixel regions are separated with each other while having transparent region between them. A thin film transistor and a charging element are formed on the pixel region. A gate line, data line, and a common power line are formed in the pixel regions and transparent region and are connected to at least one of the thin film transistor and the charging element. A pixel electrode(710) covers all of the thin film transistor, the charging elements, a gate line, a data line, and a common power line.
