PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming body for authenticity discrimination in which respective parts of an image are formed in two regions, one latent image appears when respective regions are superposed at a predetermined position and another latent image appears when shifted from the position in a predetermined direction.SOLUTION: The forming body for authenticity discrimination is constituted so that in two regions on the same surface or on the different surfaces of a base material, information classified into a latent image forming part and a background part is formed by making concave elements or convex elements have partially different phases or making them have different area ratios in the same extent. In a first region, first elements are arranged at a first pitch in a shape of a line pattern. In a second region, second elements are arranged at a second pitch in the shape of the line pattern. The latent image forming part in the first region forms a part of a first latent image and a part of a second latent image. The latent image forming part in the second region forms the part except a part of the first latent image formed by the latent image forming part in the first region and the part except a part of the second latent image formed by the latent image forming part in the first region. |
