<p>A manufacturing method for a concave groove of a molded cup lid made of plant fiber is disclosed. After thermoforming, the outer portion of a molded cup lid (10) made of plant fiber is covered by an outer mold (11) which matches with the side contour of the molded cup lid. A horizontal annular sliding groove (111) is formed in a position in the outer mold corresponding to the concave groove (101) to be preformed in the molded cup lid, and accommodates a slide block (14) for molding. The inner side of the slide block is provided with a convex molding rib (141). An inner mold (12) is inserted inside the molded cup lid, and a pushing block (13) is inserted inside the center of the inner mold. The inner mold and the pushing block match with the contour of the molded cup lid. An annular concave receiving groove (121) is formed in a position in the inner mold corresponding to the concave groove to be preformed in the molded cup lid. The position and contour of the receiving groove matches with the molding rib. When manufacturing, the outer mold, the inner mold and the pushing block are first closed together. The slide block is then pushed inward, making the molding rib contact the surface of the molded cup lid, and continues inward until the surface of the molded cup lid is yielded into the receiving groove of the inner mold with the aid of the contour deformation of the molding rib. Finally, an annular concave groove is formed.</p> |
