The device has an expansion body (10) expanded during building-up of pressure by inflow of gases or fluids in a hollow body. The expansion body is pulled from the hollow body, when pressure drops by outflow of the gases or liquids. The expansion body has an elastic casing (11) accommodating cleaning fluid and delivering the cleaning fluid under pressure. The casing is formed in shape of a hydraulic cylinder barrel and made of foam material. The expansion body is connected with a storage tank by a liquid guiding line for the cleaning fluid and has openings for discharging the cleaning fluid. An independent claim is also included for a transport device comprising a guidance drum for a conveyor belt.
