The system has a base plate (2) provided with a base with recesses for mounting longitudinal carriers. A fastener with a central plastic retainer plate (5) is inserted into the recesses by a universal screw (6). The fastener is screwed into a roof sub-structure by the screw. A connecting device is formed in a gap between a roof membrane (7) and contact area of the plate before screwing for sealing connection of the plate and a roof. The plate is formed such that a floor retaining element is connected with the plate. The plate is formed to hold and fix the base.
