FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: multitude of abrasive structures with usage of first abrasive suspension are formed on padding. Further, abrasive structures are dried; the second abrasive suspension is sputtered over three-dimension abrasive structures to produce a covering layer on them; the covering layer is dried. The second abrasive suspension is sputtered over abrasive structures at angle calculated according to reduced formula. As a version it is possible to sputter the first adhesion composition over three-dimension abrasive structures by electro-static application of abrasive grains and drying. Further, the second adhesion composition is sputtered and successively dried.
