PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slow evaporation-type quickly-removable block for a pavement, which can exert the effect of suppressing a rise in temperature on a paved surface, over a long period of time, by using glass cullet deriving from, for example, a colored glass bottle such as a wine bottle not being sufficiently and effectively utilized.SOLUTION: In this slow evaporation-type quickly-removable block 1 for the pavement, a surface layer 2, which is made of a porous mortar hardening body with a water conveyance function and a water retention function, and a base layer 3, which is made of a mortar hardening body with the water retention function or a concrete hardening body with the water retention function, are superposed on each other. The porous mortar hardening body forming the surface layer contains a fine aggregate 4 which is made of the edge-treated glass cullet, and another fine aggregate 5. In the fine aggregates 4 and 5, the fine aggregates with a grain size of 0.3-2.0 mm each occupy 80 mass% or more. A cement paste matrix 9 of the hardening body forming the base layer 3 contains the water retention material (e.g. granulated blast furnace slag). |
