PURPOSE: A light emitting package and a method of fabricating the same are provided to prevent a fluorescent substance from being deteriorated by forming a resin layer to be space from a light emitting unit by a certain space. CONSTITUTION: A package body(10) comprises a first body and a second body combined with the first body. A cavity is penetrated through the first body. A first electrode(51) and a second electrode are formed on the package body and are separated from each other. The first insulating layer is formed between the package body and a first electrode and the package body and the second electrode. A light emitting unit is formed inside the cavity and connects the first electrode and the second electrode.
