PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a resonance frequency of a body to be tested in a short period of time, by loading superposing waveforms which are superposed by excitation waveforms of different frequencies, onto the body to be tested.SOLUTION: A resonance frequency detector is equipped with: a superposing waveform generation means 12 which generates the superposing waveforms in which excitation waveforms of different frequencies are superposed; loading means 3, 13 which apply excitation force corresponding to the superposing waveforms which are generated by the superposing waveform generation means 12 for the body to be tested 1; a first acceleration detection means 5 which detects an acceleration a1 at an excitation point P1 acting excitation force by the loading means; a second acceleration detection means 6 which detects an acceleration a2 at a resonance point P2 of the body to be tested 1; and an amplitude ratio calculation means 14 which calculates a ratio α between an amplitude of the acceleration a1 which is detected by the first acceleration detection means 5 at each frequency when excitation force is loaded by the loading means, and an amplitude of the acceleration 6 which is detected by the second acceleration detection means 6. |
