PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that there is neither rice cracker having the shape of Okinawa-akagawara (R) or a cement roof tile nor rice cracker using peel of a mandarin orange produced in Okinawa, dragon fruits, Taimo, Colocasia antiquorum, or mash lee, as an auxiliary material, in conventional rice crackers.SOLUTION: There are provided rice crackers produced by using rice powder or starch as the main material, adding auxiliary materials and water to the main material and kneading, molding the mixture into the form of Okinawa-akagawara (R) or a cement roof tile, and baking or frying the resultant mixture, wherein, the rice crackers using the peel of a mandarin orange produced in Okinawa, dragon fruits, Taimo, Colocasia antiquorum, or mash lee, as an auxiliary material, are provided, and a method for producing the same is also provided. |
