PURPOSE: A needle device for a surgical operation is provide to safely inject a drug solution into a region through a needle by injecting the needle to a homologous tissue or a heterologous tissue and dividing a body into a fat-free tissue and a fat tissue. CONSTITUTION: An AC signal generating part(110) generates an AC current. At least one electrode(120) is contacted with the skin of a body. A voltage signal detection part(140) measures a voltage between the electrode and a current terminal. A phase signal detection part(150) measures the phase difference of the measured voltage. A display part(160) outputs a frequency having the phase angle to the outside.
