FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves evaporation of probiotic bacterial culture in a non-allergenic cultural substrate such as peptone and/or protein hydrolysate derived from plants and/or animals. The cultural substrate contains glucose and/or other mono- or disaccharides obtained from hydrolysis of complex polysaccharide.
