PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent control for monitoring a plant from being affected even if an operator touches a display device, in a case when a screen of the display device is a resting screen, in a plant monitoring control system in which a mouse, a keyboard and the like cannot be used.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring control device includes an operation signal change-over switch which switches input of operation signals between "ON" and "OFF" to a plant controlling part which controls the plant on the basis of the operation signals generated by the display device which includes a display function and an input function and generates a screen signal which indicates a touch of a user on the screen and the operation signal which is a signal indicating the touched position on the screen on the basis of a user's operation. In a case when the screen signal generated by the display device is not input at least for a prescribed period of time, the plant monitoring control device changes the screen of the display device to the resting screen excluding an operation screen on which an operation for controlling the plant is possible, and makes the operation signal change-over switch change to "OFF" when the screen of the display device becomes the resting screen. |
