PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cosmetic excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) an unneutralized surfactant having a sulfate group, a sulfo group or a phosphate residue, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether acetic acid having a 12C-22C alkyl group, or a 12C-22C higher fatty acid, (B) a ceramide, (C) a neutralizing agent of the component (A), and (D) water. The method for producing the cosmetic includes heating and dissolving the components (A) and (B), adding thereto an aqueous phase containing the components (C) and (D) with stirring, and bringing the temperature of the resulting mixture to room temperature with stirring. |
