PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material for formation of an electrically conductive film having a photosensitive layer containing a silver salt emulsifying agent with which the electrically conductive film with a low surface resistance and little black spots on the transparent part is formed.SOLUTION: The photosensitive material for formation of the electrically conductive film has a support body and the photosensitive layer containing the silver salt emulsifying agent and 0.025 to 0.126 mmol/mof a fog-inhibiting agent on the support body.
