PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent radiation noise and external noise with a shield case, achieve shield wiring using a conventional lead pin, and at the same time prevent the connection efficiency between an optical fiber and a light-emitting element/photo detector from decreasing using light link. SOLUTION: Radiation noise and external noise are prevented by a shield case 16 and shield wiring is achieved by a conventional lead pin using light link. Also, three parts, namely a receptacle 17, a plastic package 15, and the shield case 16, easily prevent the connection efficiency between an optical fiber and a light-emitting element/photo detector 14.
