PURPOSE: A cellular phone fixer for bicycle or motorcycle is provided onto which a cellular phone is fixed so that a driver can corresponds using an earphone hands free without worrying about picking up the cellular phone while he is driving the bicycle or motorcycle. CONSTITUTION: The cellular phone fixer for bicycle or motorcycle is characterized in that a cellular phone is fixed onto a cellular phone fixer on a handle bar of the bicycle or motorcycle by adopting a hands free method of automobile so that a user of the cellular phone can drives the bicycle or motorcycle without worrying about the cellular phone with the cellular phone being connected to an earphone hands free during driving, and a cellular phone fixer cover is used during moving of the bicycle or motorcycle to prevent damage or rust generated on the cellular phone fixer of the bicycle or motorcycle in case of raining or high humidity conditions.
