WATER-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSIFIED COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erase a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic excellent in usability and stability and having characteristics free from tackiness but having slip, particularly when applied to hair or skin. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic comprises silicone oil and an ester oil in 9/1 to 1/9 weight ratio of the silicone oil to the ester oil and comprises (A) one or more kinds of crosslinking type polyether-modified silicones represented by formula (I) [(l) is 3-20; (m) is 10-200; (n) is 1.0-10.0] and (B) one or more kinds of alkyl group-containing crosslinking type polyether- modified silicones represented by formula (II) [(p) is 5-30; (q) is 1-10; (r) is 3-35; (s) is 5-100] as the silicone oils and has >=50 wt.% content of water phase component. The cosmetic is produced according to a conventional method.
