PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector assembly which comprises a removing device used for sucking up a vacuum sucking disc as well as protecting a contact of an electric connector. SOLUTION: The electric connector assembly comprises an electric connector and a removing device. The electric connector is composed of a connector body having a conductive part and a pressurizing cover attached to the connector body, and capable of electrically connecting an LGA chip module to a circuit board. A plurality of conductive terminals are housed in the connector body. A smooth sucking part for the vacuum sucking disc to suck is provided at the central section of the removing device, and a plurality of hooks are extended around it. By fitting the hooks with the pressurizing cover of the electric connector, the removing device is attached to the pressurizing cover. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
