PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vacuum wrapping film where formation of various patterns is possible is provided to prevent early collapse in executing vacuumization with vacuum equipment and to improve the vacuum performance by widening the total area of the outside of protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vacuum wrapping film where formation of various patterns is possible comprises steps of manufacturing a film wherein a thermal sealing resin layer is melt and extruded through a nozzle of a T-die extruder(830) to a base layer of an air-non-permeable material and passing the film through a layering unit(800) comprising a roller(810) with depressed grooves, and a cooling roller(820). Protrusions corresponding to the depressed grooves formed to the roller are formed to the inside of the thermal sealing resin layer and an air passage is formed. The depressed grooves constitute an irregular arrangement structure and formation of various patterns is possible.
