PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional structure which does not need a mold and a large-scale apparatus, is advantageous in costs because of its simple process, has a high degree of freedom in design for a delivery material and a substrate material, and can manufacture a desired shape and a micro lens materialized by the method. SOLUTION: Ink droplets 20 are discharged from a droplet discharge head 11 on a substrate 10 [Fig. (a)], and the ink droplets 21a on the substrate 10 are cured to form first layer ink droplets 21A [Fig. (b)]. Next, the ink droplets 20 are discharged on the first layer ink droplets 21A, and ink droplets 21b are laminated [Fig. (c)]. The ink droplets 21b are cured [Fig. (d)]. In this way, the micro lens with a lens diameter and an inclination controlled optionally can be manufactured by a simple process for controlling the volume of the discharged ink droplets and the frequency of lamination.
