PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a circuit to be protected malfunctions since high frequency noise propagates an n-type deep well although the n-type deep well is used for protecting the circuit from noise. SOLUTION: The area of the n-type deep well is made small. A semiconductor device has a first conduction type semiconductor substrate, a digital circuit and an analog circuit, which are arranged in the semiconductor substrate, a plurality of wells of the first conduction type which are formed in the analog circuit part or the digital circuit part, and a first deep well which has a second conduction type opposite to the first conduction type and separates a part of a plurality of the wells from the semiconductor substrate.
