A method of producing a catalyst with adjustable thickness of active layer includes impregnation of a carrier with solution of salts of catalytically active ingredients mixed with complexing agent with subsequent drying and calcination. As complexing agent solution of ammonium hydroxide in water is used in an amount which provides a factor of hydrolysis of the most concentrated salt among the salts of active ingredients at the level not less than 40 %. |
