PURPOSE: An apparatus for purifying Makkoli is provided to mature and purify Makkoli and to remove a material which causes bitter taste and headache. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for purifying Makkoli comprises: a tank(5) for storing the Makkoli; a transfer pump(10) for supplying the Makkoli to a free electron generator; the free electron generator(20) which ionizes the Makkoli; a maturing tank(25) for maturing for certain time; and a sterilizer for sterilizing hamful bacteria by heating Makkoli at a certain temperature. The both sides of an impeller of the transfer pump has a plurality of protrusions. The free electron generator has a casing, a core having a blade, and a controller for supplying current to the casing. |
