PURPOSE: An apparatus for bonding a driving circuit board is provided to reduce the size of the apparatus by connecting preceding equipments and subsequent equipments without a loader and an unloader. CONSTITUTION: A connecting unit for connecting a driving circuit board(30) is bonded to one side of a display pane(10). A plurality of transferring rollers(110) horizontally transfers the display panel to the bonding area of the circuit board. The transferring rollers horizontally transfer the display panel from the bonding area. A processing stage(120) grips the display panel transferred to the bonding area. A compressing unit(140) bonds the connecting unit and the circuit board.
