TAURODEOXYCHOLIC ACID-MODIFIED EXEDIN-4, PREPARATION METHOD AND USAGE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing taurodeoxycholic acid-conjugated exendin-4 derivative is provided to prevent endoplasmic reticulum stress and to suppress beta cell apoptosis of pancreas. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a taurodeoxycholic acid-conjugated exendin-4 derivative comprises: a step of activating a carboxylic acid group of taurodeoxycholic acid; a step of reacting activated taurodeoxycholic acid and exendin-4; a step of isolating taurodeoxycholic acid-conjugated exendin-4 derivative from the reactant. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases caused by insulin hyposecretion contains the taurodeoxycholic acid-conjugated exendin-4 derivative. The diseases are diabetes or obesity.
