PURPOSE: A safety syringe for adjusting the length of a needle for protecting an injection needle located inside a control cap is provided to easily control the length of the injection needle exposing by the penetration hole of the conditioning cap. CONSTITUTION: A safety syringe for adjusting the length of a needle for protecting an injection needle located inside a control cap includes a syringe body(110) and a conditioning cap(130). The syringe body includes a cylinder, a joint formed in one end of the cylinder. The conditioning cap includes the conditioning cap which is combined in the joint in order to mobile according to the longitudinal direction of the injection needle, and the injection needle is protected or controls the length of exposure of the injection needle.
